The Lingnan MBA Career Development Center (CDC) aims to provide comprehensive resources and professional services in career development guide and counseling, and making connection with companies. Our mission is not only to assist students in finding jobs or interns, but also to assist them to realize a long-term, challenging and meaningful career development goal, and contribute to individual, business community and society.

CDC also helps companies to establish its unique corporate image and implement its talent strategy through recruiting Lingnan MBAs. MBA Graduates are taking positions with multinational employers at salaries far above what they were earning before they received their MBA degrees. Others are launching their own businesses. The Career Development Center provides extensive resources to help students define their career direction, identify the best opportunities, and connect with Lingnan's extensive network of business community.
In year 2008, Lingnan MBA graduates received an average annual salary of RMB 136,000 upon graduation, while the median value was RMB120,000. The graduates enjoyed an average salary increase of 70% upon graduation as compared to their pre-MBA survey.
